Hardwood floors are highly desirable for those looking to buy a home and most homeowners, BUT they come with their share of challenges when it comes to cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. After a
Keep It Consistent
Dated: April 1 2020
Now more than ever, I'm choosing to focus on things I CAN control. That includes managing my daily habits. Here are just a few pieces of my routine I'm holding on to in order to infuse some sort of normalcy in this new ever changing environment.
*Start the day with mindset training. I try to keep a positive and productive state of mind. So I'll find a good inspirational quote or read some of my daily affirmations.
*Staying on top of emails from home buyers, sellers and vendors. Always making sure everyone gets a timely response and information they need.
*Adding to or adjusting my calendar for prospect calls. The busier the better.
*Schedule content then engaging with family and friends on social media platforms. This is my time to post on my own social media, then also catch up with friends, family and clients. I try to engage as much as I can, time permitting.
*Complete daily meetings, virtually these days. People are still actively buying and selling homes. For my buyers we are engaging in virtual tours made available by builders and listing agents. We are all making it work.
*I get in some sort of physical activity daily lately. I'm not totaly hard core, sprinting up and down the block, BUT I'm staying active by taking walks, playing volleyball, or lightly jogging along side by daughter as she rides her bike. It rained yesterday so I did jumping jacks, burpees (which I hate) and pushups at home.
Those are my tasks I stay consistent with day to day. I forget to mention the active 10 year old over my shoulder at all times asking questions related to school work.
I know everyone has different circumstances but a routine has helped me stay productive. Is keeping consistent with a daily routine helping you too??
